The Instructional Technology Program offers two Post- Baccalaureate Certificates (PBCs). One is classroom technologies; the other is in web- based learning. Both certificates are 1. Admission and Retention for the PBCs. The general requirements for admission for the Post- Baccalaureate Certificates are the same as for the Graduate School (which include an application fee of $4.
